Insurance referral needed

Have a one bedroom condo in Webster/Friendswood area that did not flood and my progressive policy jumped to $750.  Farmers is coming is at $650...does anyone have any local investor savvy insurance recommendations?  Property is 700 square feet and has a total value of $60k with less than $20k in contents.  $750 is insurance greed pure and simple.

Insurance is going up everywhere especially brazoria county and other ones close to gulf. There are lots of local state providers you can try like UPC, Universal, HOIA etc.,  Call Insure US,  www.insure-us.org and ask for Tammy and let me know I referred. She will take good care of you.
