Hey I’m starting out looking to connect with investors in Passaic New Jersey .

Looking for realtors in good markets, my partner and I are looking to build our portfolio, (we are just starting out) looking for seller finance, but can get the financing if we like the deal a lot.

What is your outlook on the market? 

Impossible to predict but with a 20 year outlook, you are probably good.

What kept coming back in my head, and what I kept resisting to let out, is a philosophy that I have regarding people in general, but REI in specific.This isn't meant as a criticism of you, but you can take this as one on what you said above, as a criticism of your outlook...maybe even what I perceive as your outlook on life in general...as specifically applied here to REI.Are you ready?

I don't have 70 rentals but if I did, I would not have 70 accounts unless they were each owned by a different LLC or different SubS, etc.I would never comingle LLC $ with personal $ but Sole Proprietor $ mixed in with my regular money made my life easier in the short term when i was just starting out.  Looking

It is up to you to know where that neighborhood has been and it's outlook going forward.
