You really want to focus on the mechanical systems (roof, heat, electric, water)Just ask your lender about prepayment penalties... some have them, some don't.

Unless this building is 5 years old, you'll be either fixing SOMETHING or calling a plumber or heating man for something I would think more often that $513 worth.
