Now that I have my heloc from Navy Federal yeah me I’m sourcing out banks that do not require a loan to be seasoned before Refi.

With a red brick, a black or navy blue (with white trim) door would look nice.

Navy Federal ran a hard pull when I joined and I've never requested credit from them.

@Nate Marshall I made a visit to Navy Federal Credit Union and they told me that they do investment property loans for 15% down.

@David McCracken In this case stopping the water might be the easy part........... install elbows on the down spouts and lead the water about 4 feet from the foundation; install a French drain around the foundation where the soil is the highest-usually 3 sides and lead the water away from the building.

I feel like navy is the way to go if you only have a single suit?
