Using the BRRRR method in Europe??

Luke Clarke
Posted

Hello Everybody,

I am currently living and working in Austin, Texas, however due to visa restrictions I am going to have to return home to Ireland in early 2020. As I have a massive interest in real estate I am currently saving as much as I can in order to buy my first rental property in a european market at some point in the near future. I have done a lot of research on the BRRRR method and I can see how it could work wonders here in the United States, however I am unsure if it would be as effective in European markets.

Does anyone have any insight as to whether the BRRRR method can be used as effectively in Europe? and if so what would be the best market for it? I have heard a lot of great things about Krakov, Poland and Montenegro.

Any and all help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Luke
