I feel its place as a node city in New England and the attention its bringing to bio-tech are important elements that has Manchester on my radar for some time.

CT REIA is the biggest REIA in New England.

Additionally, Worcester has great appreciation, it is the fastest growing city in New England and the 2nd largest city in Massachusetts.

Made the same misses, including leaving a window open in winter :)  Here in New England 1800 houses are common and can work as a rental.

Our goal is to find a single 3 or 4-unit multifamily to buy for the first time that has a decent cash flow and cap rate... that isn't 200 years old in New England... quite the challenge up here.
