What are your goals for 2022?

Multifamily Investors,

What are your goals for this upcoming year? More importantly what sort of action is necessary to hit your goals? 

This week between Christmas and New Year's seems to be an appropriate week for thinking about goals and I need some inspiration.

I set a goal to do $10m in 2021. I didn't hit it ($6m) but I'm even more motivated to double down on the things that worked.

Here's one thing that did work last year.....

Building strong broker relationships in the markets I operate in.

• Getting together frequently for lunch, coffee or beers.
• Inviting brokers out to play golf. 
• Celebrating wins with a nice lunch or dinner when we closed a deal.
• Sending a holiday season gift to their office.

Goals for 2022 in a nut shell:

1. Purchase $100mm in Senior housing and Multifamily 

2. Grow my multifamily coaching group by 25 members

3. Grow the Northstar Real Estate Conference to 200 attendees

4. Donate 20% of my income to organizations/people in need
