Hartford, CT n00b Looking to Bird Dog and Wholesale

Hello,

My name is Jeff and I'm from Hartford, CT. I've been here about two years. Late last year I began listening to every Real Estate podcasts I could find and reading everything not nailed down about the real estate investing. I've learned a lot and now I want to put the theory in my head to practical use. My goal at this time is to start by bird dogging to gain some practical experience and then move on to wholesaling.

To that end:

I've scouted some properties in Hartford county and would like to network with a local wholesaler to see if these leads can be turned into deals.
