@Timothy Metra The only time the veil of another LLC could be pierced is if: 1) you were co-mingling money between the LLCs, 2) you were purposely depleting the money and not leaving enough to pay the bills while engorging yourself or other LLCs, or 3) you were involved in criminal activity and especially if the LLC was used to launder money of your criminal activity.Jen the lawyer
