If I am out of town when invoices need to be sent out, I either have to plan ahead and have them e mailed to me ahead of time and send them out while on vacation, or I could load QB onto a laptop and generate and e mail them while out of town.

We have a great International airport, cruise ports nearby, theme parks, easy access to East and West coast beaches, awesome year round weather that is far less effected by hurricanes than any beach location and so much more.Virtually all STR's that are sold here come fully furnished and ready to go.

I create a Wordpress site but use a theme similar to OptimizePress or others, then I set the home page up to look just like a landing page.

For example; a man 65-80 years old, who has health issues, owns a rental house (absentee), lives out of state, and likes to eat spaghetti on Wed.
