- Don't know rates in CA but $225 for a 18 cu ft top mount fridge, no cold water or ice maker, less ~5 years old with a 60 day warranty in Cleveland is not badAre you going to be keeping the fridge and they are contributing to upgrade what they get or are they keeping the fridge if they move out and you are contributing from the goodness of your heart?

Week 2 of rehab on a SF 4/1. The previous owner had improvised handgun stash boxes in most rooms, a void in a kitchen cabinet and over the doorway in the shed.

Today, I don't believe that an upgraded kitchen/bath area and a general fancy upgrade produce enough additional rent to justify their cost - the neighborhood is still attractive to folks looking for more of a bargain on rents.
