Most people whom are not tech savvy know someone whom has at least a rudimentary knowledge and can set up an email for them.

What are some low tech systems (preferably no cost) or hacks have you found most valuable when managing your real estate business?

I was buying and flipping in Seattle at the time, which has a little bit of High Tech in it.

O.K. as I am sure many of you know, the closing process after the PSA is signed is fast with a lot of folks and tasks.What is your favorite tech to use to assist with closing workflow/process automation?

I can't hear your complaints through this giant stack of cash my house hack has made me LOLI think this post should be moved to a different forum, one named: "firstest first world problems of all time" 

Just curious what software/tech people usually use to streamline that. 

A vague foreboding that it could all go terribly wrong, that you never really know, that one day we could get a call that the whole building had gone up in smoke, or a giant sinkhole had opened underneath it, or a particularly bad windstorm had flattened it, or bad wiring caused one of the tenants to be electrocuted, or, or, or...We are all afraid of failure, and worst of all, failure right at the beginning of something, a failure that completely exposed our incompetence for all the unkind people we all know to laugh at behind our backs.

I welcome advice from anyone since I'm a total newbie.My professional background is in tech sales and finance, but I can't wait to get deeply involved in real estate.
