I will say that this year has been a bit of a disappointment overall for STR stuff.

If all that stuff lines up I go for it.

Good stuff, although in our experience, most investors going OOS, don't do enough market research.We really push understanding the property Classes of the market, so someone doesn't put "lipstick" on a Class C or D and sell it to an OOS investor as Class A or B!

The renters say they never met the "owners" it was all done by text message and conversation over the phone.Of course the renters gave the phone number to the police when they arrived.

Buy stuff that you need when it is on sale.
