I am looking to purchase my first house when I move out to San Diego for my first duty station this summer.

Those are bait stations.

I am military stationed here on Guam as well.

Additionally, they are stationed in Corona, CA.I used them for my current residence.

In Houston, I think the counterparts might be Waller, Hockley, Sealy, Hempstead, Anderson, and maybe even Navasota (this being closer to College Station but still). 

I'm Active Duty Army and currently stationed at Fort Campbell, KY (heading to Monterey, CA next for 18 Months).

A little about me, I’m currently active duty in the Navy (16 years) and am stationed in San Diego.

Pest is roaches, Rats, Racoons etc. typically its every 2-3 months depending on the problem.if they put bate stations then maybe more like every 3 months to check and fill them up.  

A brief little background on me: I am 30 years old, originally from Portland, OR but currently stationed at and living on Fort Rucker, AL for Army Flight school.
