Now, the originally planned 'touch ups' turned into a new carpet (very, very bad dog pee smell), to painting all of the 1978 style wall panels (very dark and outdated look) to getting a new roof (original roof that was absolutely in pieces).

Same goes with inspection request items, if we are fresh on the market and get a quick offer, we will only repair safety items or super legit stuff we may have missed on our renovation, if we have been sitting on the market awhile and the buyer wants the electrical panel labeled...

no naugahyde wainscoting but I do have some of that 70's paneling. ;)  Just curious if it would work I would rather just replace the counter and cabinets but then you get into plumbing...and pretty soon well  that it s bigger budget. have to see some reports on  how this holds up.
