@Oscar Calle I'm not certain i'm using the software correctly, but if I am it's not helpful.

Does anyone know of a way that I can service the loan myself with some great software out there that's not crazy expensive? 

I'm a software engineer diving into the real estate world, currently working as a software engineer at a real estate company (just a coincidence), in my position as a software engineer I'm doing a lot of cool AI stuff, that gives me the ability to build and create tools for myself to find deals (maybe will share about it later).Currently, I've got one property in Toledo, Ohio, that's currently rented, and I just bought a new one in Cleveland.I'm here to soak up knowledge, connect with folks from all corners of the globe, and share what I can.

Do you use a specific software or how do you do the credit/criminal background check?

I work in tech, at a software company however have a real estate bug.

Hi Tedman,For free softwares, Excel, Trello and Notion would works.

Nowadays, much of the "analysis" can be done from software or manual input discussion with contractors.

All the "deals" are awful, but that's one of the selling points of the software is that it helps to oversell houses. 

So far, I'm very disappointed with the software.
