Loan Ammoritization software or?
Hello everyone,
We are selling a house in Richwood WV 9( sales price $55k)and we are going to carry the paper on it. I would like to have someone service the loan but most seem to want at least $45 a month which seems high. Does anyone know of a way that I can service the loan myself with some great software out there that's not crazy expensive? What have other used and like? Any suggestions would be great! We may end up carry the paper on others, but for now this is our first one. Thanks in advance.
