Hey guys, I'm in the process of sending my resume out to other companies for the sake of seeing what else is out there.  

They are very active meeting each Saturday (they will NOT meet 12/20, but resume 12/27) at 9:00 am at the Woodhaven Country Club, just west of I-30 & 820.

The house is livable (once power resumes) and my rents are safe.  

I will also add property management to my resume and the goal is to manage at least 20 units (already confirmed 6 units for March).

I've focused on building my real estate resume and providing capital alongside the other investors.

This may actually be a reason to invest elsewhere- contractors in the more economically depressed areas, or with less of a nuclear housing boom, are far more likely to keep their commitments and actually do the work on time.

I'm a technologist by trade with over 15 years experience in Enterprise IT, IT consulting, Cloud computing and an extensive resume that includes a tenure working at Microsoft. 

Now, 2 months unemployed with no activity on countless resumes, phone calls and emails, the timing seems right to begin.I'm taking action to rehab/flip homes, as well as considering wholesaling (so we can eat in the short term)...

He seems completely unwilling to provide a copy of his Schedule E and does not have a report for the first 3 quarters of 2015.I will make an offer next week at the right price and Ill take Brandon's advice & include a letter of intent / Resume.
