In fact, one can argue that when acting as a principal, a broker should merely make an offer, and render no advice about property value, other selling options, tax situations, etc.

Overall I like the new design - it's clean and I find it easy to read, but I'm on a Mac, which generally renders typography better than other computers.I can see how the 'add your comment' bubble could encourage people to post without fully reading first, but I love how the text entry box follows you when you scroll back up to refer to what someone else said.In the end, the dust will settle and everything will be fine, but maybe bump that type back up a weight :)

If you run your LLC sloppy from a financial standpoint, any lawsuit will be able to penetrate the entity protection and render it worthless.
