I think that he just wanted me in to pay the mortgage until he gets out of this..i have really brought the house back from the dead.it was empty for 6 months before i moved in.Empty green pool overgrown,,dirty inside no power water etc..anyone here knows the condition im talking about.Its in great condition now..i was going to continue to fix other things but my enthusiasm has waned.i pay religiously the 1st and no later every month for over a year im the tenant everyone wishes for..Really..Im not reaching out for a rental offer LOL its just the truth. i guess im kinda venting. but your reassurance helps a lot thanks.In my survey after i signed up i said that i feel good knowing that in my learning and investment future i wont be out there alone..i was right.

What matters is to have a consistent, multi-faceted strategy that you religiously follow, day in day out.

There's still a lot of quirk other neighborhoods don't have in the business district and several annual festivals/parties,  and still some of that original grit though.  

Its also nice to really pay attention to areas that are rough but have a group of homeowners that have meetings, hold neighborhood "clean ups", block parties, festivals etc.  

Especially the for having the ones on mobile home parks, I have listened religiously ever since I have discovered the sight. 

I mean, let's be real, Drake Bell is performing a free concert at a festival held in proprietor's park late June. 

Lowell also has the National Park, the Festivals, the University and the colleges...and if you’re into geography, not one but TWO rivers, The Mighty Merrimack and the Concord.

People getting married later, living at home longer, fertility rate is dropping, religious affiliation dropping, stubbornly high unemployment, the number of couples choosing to never have kids on the rise etc.

Homeless soup kitchen and religious education non-profit?

It makes a big deal to marketing the house in that area as many of the buyers are Asian and for religious reasons will not buy a house that has had a death.
