@Marcus Auerbach@Greg ScottThank you for sharing your thoughts.The current market presents an interesting dilemma.A couple thoughts:Investing requires optimism about the future of a property and or location.There should be rational and logical reasons supporting that optimism of course.The “maintaining one’s underwriting standards” is an interesting concept - that one should only invest if certain return metrics are met.
