Cold Calling Objection

Adam Alvarez
Posted

Hey everyone I wanted to see how someone would handle a situation over the phone.

I got a owner on the phone and asked if they still owned the property on x address. They respond saying that property was sold two years ago. I apologize and ask if they have any others they would be interested in selling. They reply with why would I want to do business with anyone who does not have accurate information.

How would you handle this where you are not coming out as defensive but on their side and still keep the conversation going?
