Time Commitment - Basically if one of you spend more time on the project than the other they should be compensated for that time.

What you need to learn in your 20s is how professional business works, how to manage people and projects, how to run an organization and how to sell ideas and concepts.

My goal for this post is more about getting advice/insight from people who have already done it.

That would set you up and make it easier to scale to another or larger project.
