@Aaron McGinnis here on BP does a lot of higher-end rehabs in Atlanta, but he tends to focus on the BIG projects (knock 'em down and rebuild them twice as big); seeing how much work he puts into the architecture, design, trim detail and other finishing details is amazing, and makes me realize how much more work goes into a high-end renovation than a cookie-cutter "first-time homebuyer renovation".
