I've called employers, family members, the SEC, looked at public records, & all the social media outlets.

So, I used a floor mounted, wall outlet toilet, not floor outlet, by American Standard.  

I did have to replace some of the plumbing and upgrade the electrical from a 60 amp to a 100 amp and redo rerun the electrical for every outlet in the house and garage. 

Bring a lighter and hold the flame close to windows, doors and outlets.

It is heartening to see tenants make their rental their *home*, when they plant pretty flowers in the beds, flower pots on the porches, keep everything tidy and trimmed, put nice seasonal decorations up.
