You can still do residential sales during the off months but more agents will be fighting over the buyers and listings.If you work with investors conversely they buy and sell year round. 

If the repairs cost more than the lawyer and the time spent in court then it may be worth the fight. just my opinion.

You can either fight through one of these lender funnels or you can learn to buy with no money. 

Let investors fight over it for a week or 10 days before accepting any offers.  

You will be fighting the Devil trying to get your money back for their overpriced program.

Not looking for a fight, just thought I'd give my two cents from a casual observer for whatever it's worth.

Besides those Ann runs the Black Diamond meeting in Waltham that is well worth fighting the traffic to get to.  

If you have 5 or more in one building is is just $5/building because it is deemed a "community".I heard Hammond was fighting this law, but not sure where that stands.

I take it personally. i came here to present a property i thought is a great buy, not to get in a fight with one of the most respected turnkey sellers in america.these are just my opinions.
