Others might disagree, but I suggest against holding long-term properties with a partner.  

Unfortunately for mundane daily comps, from my experience, an agent that does have that experience is unlikely to be available on a whim to do your due dilligence because they are out there hustling to run their own business.If an experienced investor disagrees with these previously stated comments I would be surprised.
