We were held up at the beginning because the gas company was very slow disconnecting the gas before we could demo.

I'll walk through a property, do a quick inspection, and give an assessment of a rehab for $50, but if I'm expected to manage that entire rehab from demo to dusting I'm looking for a percentage of the project profit.

After inspecting the property I realized it would need more work (including windows, re-pointing, drylocking, and a garage demo) and my new estimate was now $70,000 (my main contractor came back with a 71K bid).

Hello,I am in the demo stage (prepping to remove all existing plumbing lines). 

That would save a lot of demo work.

So far, the workers have been demoing and buying supplies.

Slight hiccup with paperwork on title company's end but other then that all went smoothly and demo starts tomorrow!

So, I got my demo guy and the walls are gone.
