Yes, I have read all the rules, but that doesn't always give you the whole picture of how the institution operates in practice. 

These were pictures that never make the news , sometimes the stories make the news , but not often . 

But if you can project perceived value, then maybe you attract more wealthy customers looking for things they can afford?

I always look at closed 0-300 days, pending, active with contract and active to have a clear picture. 

Having to order custom windows really pushed back the timeline.
