I did not read the entire post -- sorry if it's a duplicate.call around to all local cabinet specialty shops -- high volume shops sometimes have orders that fall through and are custom made for someone else's space that can be a great deal -- and retrofit into the space in which you need it.hope this helpsalso if you install the prefab unfinished cabinets yourself you can do an average sized kitchen for 1200 + 200 for paint/stain done in 3-4 days max

Also there's something like Avestor where you can re-invest on top of SPV ( kinda of ETF/mutual fund of syndicator)..but the holding are not that great either although you can customize which fund you want to invest.So after thousand and thousand of email.

This is exciting stuff, but, its still available on a limited basis due to 1) some of the custodians popping up are advising on things they don't completely understand 2) We have found that most banks are confused and tell people they can't invest the way they want to because banks can't sell them anything they want (real estate) 3) Its not how we've done things in the past 4) THERE IS NO EASY BUTTON (working on it) that takes a person from education, to product, to investment opportunity.

Then our students were having a crazy hard time with the current leading website provider and I had to come in and fix a bunch of crap that was wrong with said internet hosting and template provider so much so that they stopped offering our students support due to "custom code" on our websites.So I said fine.
