I think Bruce's crystal ball may be more well-polished than others have, but claiming he can predict what will happen to macro markets (California, sub-markets, etc.) with any reasonable degree of certainty is dubious at best to me.

I was thinking that as well.I guess one could try to figure out why they aren't currently qualified and see if those issues could reasonably be overcome during the option period.That is a bit of crystal ball work though.

I'm starting to see a BP meetup for pilots in my crystal ball:) I'll throw this out there just to see how it fly's (pardon the pun) ... maybe we could fly-in to Santa Monica airport on the first Saturday of a month and all meet at the free BBQ at American Flyers on the airport!
