Hello!

I am Mary Elizabeth Coleman and my partners and I just submitted our first offer yesterday on a SFR in one of the exturbs of St. Louis. Excited about the resources here and being a part of what by all accounts is a dynamic active forum.

2013 Goals: get brokers license, have one solid operating rental and a couple more projects that we flipped to build some capital.

long term: a large network or SFH and Multi-family properties
