but on a projection basis, and leverage working FOR you and not against you (market collapse), by definition leverage wins and is more profitable even though there's a cost for the leverage.

I also have a healthy credit that I maintain in the worst case where insurance and reserves are not enough to pay for an expense.My reserves are held in liquid investments that still earn better than 3 percent.I also do not invest in areas that I might be concerned with the rental market totally collapsing.

They said I may be able to find a way to use paying that as a way to claim the bottom but would need a lawyer.This all started because HUD had the apartment below me, who then transferred it to WAMU, who we know collapsed and so did their servicing people.

After time, the original plaster gave up, fell out of the lath & collected on the drywall, causing it to bow between the furring strips & in some places, pull out the nails & collapse the drywall sheets.
