So I've found some absentee owner properties, and it seems in my searching records, one of the properties belongs to a person that goes to the church I used to attend.

It is close to shopping, downtown, banks, churches and public transportation.  

They sold their home to a church at an agreed upon price.

If you want to keep it I think that and market to churches and local businesses through chamber of commerce as a getaway.

I still get up and go to sleep around the same time but as you know, there are family activities, visits with friends, ball games, church, and other things that crowd up the weekends pretty quickly.
