You would tell me to do something extremely painful to myself.But if I was a doctor and could save your child's life, everything changes.

However, I can't currently qualify for a conventional VA loan not due to credit (750), but a fair amount of debt ($20,000) and very high child support as the only working parent.It is my understanding that residential properties (even fourplex units) cannot use current tenants' income to qualify for a loan (please correct me if I am wrong.)

We have asked the tenants if they would like to buy the house but they don't have the money for a down payment and having just had their 2nd child they are starting to outgrow the house. 

My day job suffered during those 3 months and now I have a wife that's 8 months pregnant with our first child.  

(One time a child started drawing pictures on the kitchen floor with a marker pen during the showing and the parent did nothing!  

Not sure if that is a cousin relationship, a step child, an adoption or a sibling, but they sure play together. :)

My son has been severely disabled since he was a small child [he is 20 now] My husband and I spent hundreds of thousands of dollars looking for a miracle cure.[ now broke or would be doing more for him] We thought we had plenty of time to figure out how he could have a good future despite his disabilities.

It was a child that died.

One of the trends that I am seeing on the Southside (my stomping grounds) is, you have single mothers going out of state to get section 8, then transferring it after a year to move back to Chicago (smart move in my opinion).While sect. 8 is the way for the Southside, you also have the Eastside Condo Craze, as I like to call it.

Though inexperienced in REI, we purchased a co-op apartment last December, went through 3.5 months of renovations and are expecting the birth of our first child any day now.
