Bigger Pockets has so much valuable info that I signed up over 1.5 months ago, got busy reading, and realized this weekend I never finished my profile nor wrote an intro. So, here it goes...

Living in New York, NY my wife and I are interested in real estate as another tool to building wealth and providing for the future needs of our family. Though inexperienced in REI, we purchased a co-op apartment last December, went through 3.5 months of renovations and are expecting the birth of our first child any day now. I'm thinking there may be a lot of late night BP posting/reading opportunities in my near future!

Living in NYC, to invest in RE we will need to do so out-of-state. After reading a multitude of BP forums, member comments, articles, and listening to numerous podcasts - the wealth of info on BP truly is amazing - we've come to realize the route with the highest probability of success for us to invest out-of-state involves working with a seasoned partner, if possible.

Thank you all for reading. I look forward to contributing to the BP community!
