That may not apply to you, as a financial professional, but I thought I would share the story.Obiously you could re-lever your portfolio to bring the ROE back up, but then you have to place those borrowed funds somewhere that nets a high enough return that the portfolio is ahead, given the drag of the interest and any transaction fees.

- The market is in a little bit of a lull right now (buyers market), its a great time to buy, but slower time to sell (my primary business is flipping houses) I can supplement my flipping business by providing project management services/consulting, helping investors find discounted properties, etc. etc.

:I had a consultation with Andersons a month ago... his youtube videos are great and a lot of good information... but they have packages... and are VERY VERY expensive... for the same setup as other companies for a lot less.I contacted Royal Legal Solutions as well... packages as well and expensive.I also contacted the Small Business office in Kansas and a couple of local lawyers.So far Mark J K has been the best consultation and fees as very down to earth... but will confirm tomorrow :)

Interesting that this seems to cover all property zoned residential, with no apparent carve out for a transaction of residential property between two investors.
