Once again, I appreciate your feedback but I don't appreciate the negative assumptions you're making, first that I "don't seem concerned about the risk to my parents" and second that I would not compensate them as financers of the deal and would "take advantage of them".Also @Ana Marie B. and @Mark Durham I appreciate your real life examples.
