I own a small piece of Commercial Land in St. Louis, MO. It has frontage on the highway but we cannot build a billboard.

Any other ideas for rental to make revenue generating? Any leads or websites are welcome!

Is it in an area where it would make sense to pave it for a pay to park lot? Could you fence it and make it a boat/RV storage facility? Lease it for a farmer's market? It all depends on what the area around it is like.
