That's a great background for acquisitions! 

I noticed on the forums that many landlords do not find Zillow background check and credit check reliable.

Hey Layton, I have a 12-door portfolio in Detroit and I've used TenantCloud for years.I like it and it does what I need it to do in terms of rent collection, applications, integrated background checks, etc.

It does not eliminate you doing a thorough background screening.

Aloha,Usually when testing they also sample outside the home, to determine "background" levels for comparison of quantity and species.

A little background on us.....we are both very knowledgeable individuals and extremely ambitious.

My background is in healthcare administration and revenue cycle management  but the past year I have telling myself, I want more from myself which is when I decided to learn and participate in REI.

I started in the land business so I do have a lot of background knowledge at it.I have also been trying to buy a longer term cash flow asset and with rates were they are and cap rates out our way ( at least asking) at 4 to 5 to 6  they still dont make sense. but we are starting to see some 7s so if we can offer and get 8 on a nice project I hope to pull the trigger this year.

This tenant has good credit above 600, good background and everything except income does not exceed rent by three times.
