:It's nice but maybe have a series of checkboxes at the beginning with each item checked by default to narrow down what items are of concern when looking at a particular property.Great idea, I found it a little awkward that I have to flip through pages to go to that entries I am interested.

The exception is I have a tiny cottage that a tub would make the bathroom awkward so it just has a shower.Not sure about your spacing but if you have room to build that wall and shelf it or something that would get your tub away from the window.

Then in my opinion it seems like a very large spacious place which is normally a positive but i believe some one said it already the furniture is small for the spaces which makes it seem awkward.

If you use 2 units, it'll be closer to the high end.  1 unit + split control is cost of 1 unit + no split + "low to mid hundreds".Most of the costs depend on the layout of your house, how much room they have to work with, whether the basement is finished, whether you are willing to live with awkward looking vents in the living areas, etc.Total for AC, I'd expect to pay around 12-17k for a "mid-end" situation for rentals, and 20k+ for a "high-end" this-is-my-house-i-want-the-best situation.If you need a furnace as well (and it sounds like you do), I'd recommend a gas furnace.

IKEA cabinets are always a fixed size so you can end up with some awkward gaps if things don't line up perfectly.
