@Tim Puffer im looking for duplex/multi unit owner occupy rent other side...I actually just looked duplex in Springfield, MA I have yet to look at the other side of the unit, but im told its alittle less appealing then the one i did got to see, the tenant had been there for years....in a situation like this if i was to buy it, would you raise the rent of the tenant or force him to move out, rehab the place then raise rent?

The property is priced below the market value, to which I would make an offer above the asking anyway as it is extremely competitive in Central MA. I
