Hi everyone my name is Austin Robinson I'm a new Real Estate investor from a suburb near Boston Ma. I have had other wholesalers bring me deals that they have put under contract but I don't have the cash myself to purchase these contracts from them. So my question is is it possible to get financing to purchase another investors wholedeal? If so how

Thanks

Hi @Austin Robinson

@Ann Bellamy hit the nail on the head. It's the same as any other transaction. Just make sure that the numbers work on the deals wholesalers bring you. Also make sure to read the Purchase & Sale agreement and look at the closing date as you need to finance and close on the deal by that time. Let me know if i can help you in any way.
