I'm currently in Australia on a family visit, though I will review the contract upon arrival back in the USA.

There is bid war for all kind of property.It does not look like any crash in near future as long as Hedge fund and Foreign investors throwing cash money in this market.I dont recommend waiting ... if foreign investor keep investing like this... real estate prices in US will become like China, Canada, Australia, India etc...Mid west is still cheaper market...

I've lived in Brooklyn, New York for 4 years, but originally I'm from Sydney, Australia (another expensive market) and will probably return one day. 

I studied in Australia, and had the opportunity to visit New Zealand on a few occaisons.
