Occasionally I will get returned mail with "invalid address" even though the owner address matches the county record.My next step is to use USPS's address verification to see if they will make any corrections to the address so I can re-send it.If that fails I will do a google search for the owner name to find alternate contact methods (linkedin, facebook, maybe an address)And lastly there is a skip tracing service called TLO by TransUnion that I have heard discussed a lot but I haven't tried myself, yet.Why this happens is a mystery to me!

From 2013 June to Aug 2015, there were drive by shooting, thieves, murders etc .

After learning the name of the lean holder I found a news article depicting a man with the same name being murdered by his girlfriend in a house on the same block.

Murder rate dropping from 352 to 335. 

I'm a victim of attempted murder.

To be fair, I did receive a decent amount of money for the reno but as we opened those "mystery walls" things got pricier.  

New neighbors are your typical "sheltered and will not make eye contact cause you may be a murderer or something".

But this investor done it in NY and I read a newspaper article some years back where someone convicted or murder, sentenced to 30 years, NNN his expensive residential property so he still has it when he is released.Briefly a long term NNN lease is one that exceeds 30 years, and as much as 99 with option to renew.

They will not arrest your landlord for harassment, assault, trespassing, or attempted murder.
