Hello, I am interested in the Milwaukee area, preferably nearby the colleges.

Alright, I gotta get through college debt free.I'm well on my way, but I need to come up with another $10,000 or so over the next year in addition to what I already project making.

I have been in the construction business since I was 17 years old including those college years.  

I have spent my life in the military, and then college, and then traveling for work and for pleasure, and soaking up all that there is to see and learn and do in the world... essentially doing anything but learning to build wealth, and setting down roots somewhere. 

I went to college directly out of high school with few ideas on what I wanted to do with my education!

I have some experience as I rented all through college and later during grad school.

The area around Montana Tech is nice, but be careful when a landlord presents you with his CAP rate calculations, as they stuff those tiny houses full of college kids. 

For some reason it reminds me of my roommate in college who would borrow money from me, and then offer to "pay me back" by treating me to an expensive steakhouse dinner, which is something I didn't even want...

I am currently a senior in college and I have been bitten by the real-estate bug.

I'm a recent college graduate with a degree in math and economics.
