Hi! I'm Ryan. I'm 21 from Louisiana! I am currently a senior in college and I have been bitten by the real-estate bug. I already own a duplex in Baton Rouge and I am looking to expand! What are some advice/tips that you guys have for a young guy starting out! Anything will help! After school I plan on moving to Texas after I graduate! So if you have any tips for Houston real-estate would be great as well!
