I had the Berkshire Hathaway Agent spend the time to drive over to our house and fill out a contract to leave with us to discuss and sign and call us back for weeks, with all kinds of promptings about how he has Buyers from England and Canada and China that the other Brokerages do not have and never actually say that he had a Buyer for our Price and we should sign the contract with him to do the Deal.
