Recently, a local roofing company sold for $11 MILLION dollars to a man living in England.

I’m in New England however so it’s a different market than California.

I had the Berkshire Hathaway Agent spend the time to drive over to our house and fill out a contract to leave with us to discuss and sign and call us back for weeks, with all kinds of promptings about how he has Buyers from England and Canada and China that the other Brokerages do not have and never actually say that he had a Buyer for our Price and we should sign the contract with him to do the Deal.

I've been using Mashvisor to look at properties all around New England and it leads me to believe that Cape Cod STR's have strong demand beyond the summer months.. only showing notable declines in January/February.

Worcester has a lot going for it, it is the top growing city in New England, it has a growing biotech hub, a ton of good schools, hospitals and a minor league baseball team, the WooSox.
