Introducing Myself & Question Regarding Vacation Rentals

Hello! My name is Jocelyn Martinez, and I am new to the Bigger Pockets community. I recently read Joshua Dorkin and Brandon Turner's book, How To Invest In Real Estate. After learning broadly about all of the real estate niches, I decided that I want to learn more specifically about vacation rentals.
