Cape Cod - STR's strong beyond summer months?

I've been using Mashvisor to look at properties all around New England and it leads me to believe that Cape Cod STR's have strong demand beyond the summer months.. only showing notable declines in January/February. Can anyone confirm or deny what I'm seeing on Mashvisor?
